• Customers will pay the return shipping label.
• Order Number, Name and Last Name is required for all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• Product(s) must be returned in original condition, undamaged, unopened, unused, uncut.
RETURNS:
30 Days.
Buyers will pay the shipping label to return the item.
The item needs to arrive in perfect condition UNUSED, UNOPENED, in the same way that it was packed. If the item arrive damaged. Also we will deduct the Original shipping cost before doing any refund.
30% restocking fee will be apply to any return (if apply).
WARRANTY:
1 Year Warranty.

- Signature required on the delivery by the carrier with not exceptions. 3 Attempts will be made if no one is available to sign the portable sink will be returned to us and you will get a partial refund .
- The one (1) year warranty applies only to the first owner, The warranty is not transferable under any circumstance.
- This Unit is for Indoor use only.
- No international shipping.
- Order number, name and last name will be required for assistance and warranty.
- No warranty for the product outside of the US.
- The purpose of the unit is only for handwashing.
- We don’t offer service, if for any reason the part stop working and it’s under warranty you will get a replacement.
-We don't offer service, if the unit is under warranty (Between One year or less and 90 days or more), we offer replacement for the damage part or partial refund. The warranty will be apply starting on the purchase date.
